All such parameters are vital so that he can receive the lessons (physical & classroom) during his training to upgrade his skill & knowledge and utilize all this ability, knowledge, skill, etc. while performing the duty. Pratima Security Services defined the criteria in line with the PSARA ACT/ Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (issued by Govt of India) and followed strict adherence to its compliance.
